Well there isn’t a whole lot to update except the baby is still safe and sound inside me. At the doctor’s appointment last week he did say that I was dilated to 1 cm but only a little effaced. So we still get to play the waiting game. My next appt is on Thursday so if no contractions between now and then, then we will have the doctor give us an update on my status. In the mean time I thought you might want to see some pictures of my pregnant belly. The ones with the blue shirt where taken at 37.5 weeks and the pictures with the red/white shirt were taken this last weekend at 39.5 weeks.

At the last doctor’s appoint the dr was a little worried about me having lost weight and that my belly was so small. So he wanted us to get an ultrasound before the visit this week. So we got an ultrasound and he is approx 5 lbs 13 oz. and he has hair already! The doctor wanted to check my cervix while we were there and he was impressed with how low the baby is. He made it sound as if it would be a simple labor. Yeah!! As far as we know he should still come around the 31st. Mom is still feeling good just super tired and anxious. And Dad can’t wait to hold his baby boy!!!
